Awesome! At Akasaru Ramen, we're happy to accommodate your dietary needs. Dare we say- vegans and vegetarians love us! For customers with celiac, many of our ingredients are prepared vegan and gluten-free friendly, but cross contamination is still a possibility due to the size of our kitchen. While some with gluten-sensitivity may not consider this an issue, we strongly recommend taking this into consideration if you are celiac. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you're here. We're only here to help!
